Wescorp Agarwood Pty Ltd

Wescorp Agarwood first started planting Aquilaria trees in 2008 and since have planted more than 120,000 trees throughout the north of Queensland. Since 2017 we have been distilling oud oil on our farm and factory in Queensland. In 2020 we developed our own inducement method by growing fungi and inducing into the trees, resulting in a natural agarwood with no chemicals. A natural oud oil grown, developed and distilled in Far North tropical Queensland.

Wescorp’s roots originate in sandalwood, Wescorp Sandalwood Pty Ltd have been the sole processor and marketing agent for the state’s native wild sandalwood (Santalum spicatum) managed by the Forest Products Commission. Since our first contract in 1994 we have become world leaders in processing, testing and marketing sandalwood, working with all sandalwood species over these years and delivering to global markets. It was natural for us to move into agarwood as where there were sandalwood markets, there was also agarwood markets.

Wescorp Agarwood Pty Ltd is a private family run company part of the Wescorp Group. We are the only oud supplier in Australia.
