Oud Residue

Pure, natural Australian Oud Residue.

Distilled from natural agarwood chip by hydro distillation. 

A bold and deeply animalic fragrance, distinguished by rich leathery facets, moss-covered woods, and the dark complexity of aged resinous timber. The opening is powerful and uncompromising, revealing a substantial structure built upon enduring base notes that linger on the skin for hours.

As the composition evolves, warm balsamic accords intertwine with sun-dried hay and subtle caramelised nuances, adding depth and texture to the heart of the fragrance. The dry-down reveals a refined interplay of luscious date-like sweetness and delicate floral undertones, creating a sophisticated contrast to the fragrance’s rugged character.

The result is a richly layered and intensely persistent scent, where earthy, resinous, and sweet facets converge into a distinctive and memorable olfactory experience.

Residue is the thick potent oud the consistency of wild honey. Suitable for bakhour, incense and other blends.

The current batch available is distilled from 16 years old trees when harvested and induced by our natural fungi for 3 years.
